Convicted sex offender accused again

FAIRFIELD, CONN. The suspect, 26-year-old Eric Julian, was just released from prison two months ago after serving a five-year term for a similar attack.

Fairfield police said Julian attacked the 16-year-old student last Friday afternoon as she walked home from school.

Police say Julian's victim from 2002 called investigators to say that Friday's attack fit the same m-o.
