Woman charged in elderly man's murder

RARITAN TOWNSHIP Last week, investigators in Raritan Township found 86-year-old Arthur Seiple stabbed to death inside his apartment.

Police believe 26-year-old Rachel Atkinson killed him after taking some of his money.

Neighbors say the two knew each other and that Seiple often tried to financially help out Atkinson.

Prosecutors say it was only the second homicide in the Hunterdon County in the last three years.
