Two teens are facing charges after police say they stabbed a woman to death in Staten Island. Luis Morell, 18, and Jose Capo, 19, allegedly then set fire to the woman's house to cover up the crime.Police say Morell and Capo conspired to rob 43-year-old Colene Adams in her second-floor Tompkinsville apartment early.

Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said Monday that Morell and Adams were involved in "a relationship."

Authorities say Morell and Capo strangled Adams before ransacking the apartment. After noticing that Adams was still moving, Kelly said the pair stabbed her several times with a pair of scissors. They then set fire to the apartment using a bottle of rum to start the blaze, according to Kelly.
