Sketch released in deadly hit and run

BROWNSVILLE Detectives say the suspect stole the van, but investigators are not certain if he is the same man who was behind the wheel at the time of the hit and run on Monday.

Stacy Blount, 45, was struck and killed by that same stolen van in the Brownsville section.

She was killed as her daughter watched in horror.

The suspect is described as a black man, aged 20-25, 5'8", thin build. He has black hair with a close cut and wore a brown scarf across his face.
