Biden cheered at Del. train stop visit

WILMINGTON, Del. Speaking as he joined Barack Obama's whistle stop train tour in his hometown of Wilmington, Del., Biden told an enthusiastic crowd Saturday that "it's time to bring hope back to this nation and the change that we so desperately need."

Biden said he was troubled by the fear and worry gripping ordinary people, but vowed that "spring is on the way with this new administration."

He said, "That spirit is alive here today."
