CENTRAL ISLIP --
Another alleged ponzi scheme will play out on Long Island this afternoon. There's a bankruptcy hearing in Central Islip in connection with five companies owned by accused swindler Nicholas Cosmo.
He's also the owner of Agape investments.
That firm is accused of cheating investors out of $370 million.
Today, the lawyer overseeing the Agape world bankruptcy is moving to force the other five companies into Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
