Fette Sau Dry Rub

This Memorial Day Weekend many people will get out the grill for a holiday barbeque. If you don't feel like cooking, there is a Brooklyn restaurant doing the work for you.

Fette Sau is located at 354 Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg.

It's as casual as dining gets with communal seating and counter service.

Just about all of the meat gets same rub. The recipe is below.

Fette Sau Dry Rub

1/3 cup garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbsp ground cumin
2 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup ground cinnamon
2 cup ground coffee (espresso grind)
2 cup kosher salt
1/2 cup ground black pepper

Enough rub for enough meat for 4 people.

The rub can be used on any cut of meat, on a BBQ or in smoker.
