Police sources say the suspect dove into the pool where the 13 year old was swimming and groped her.
Lifeguards pulled the man out of the pool after learning of the assault. Julio Ajpacaja of 49th Avenue in Queens was brought to the 115th precinct stationhouse in Jackson Heights for questioning. He faces charges of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
The girl was not seriously injured.
