Teen questioned in deadly shooting

QUEENS Commissioner Raymond Kelly said Sunday a 16-year-old was arrested in Kevin Miller's death. The suspect's name and arrest charges weren't immediately available.

Kelly says Kevin was a bystander when gunfire erupted Friday in front of a car wash. Kevin was shot in the head; a 17-year-old was wounded in the thigh.

Kevin's mother, Donna Greaves, told the Daily News her son was killed while heading to McDonald's with money she gave him as a reward for getting good grades and doing his chores. He came across a group of youths fighting.

Kevin was a high school freshman and a junior usher at his church.
