Body believed to be missing NJ man

ATLANTIC CITY The body was discovered by a farmer on Leipzig Avenue near Exit 12 of the Atlantic City Expressway early Sunday morning.

"I had so been hoping that this would not be the case, that we would find him somewhere alive, perhaps injured, but I don't think that's the case now," said Ted Housel, the Atlantic County Prosecutor.

Caballero often took one-day trips to Atlantic City with his family to take the chance to grab some R & R.

Nine days ago he did just that and dropped his family at the Trump Taj Mahal Resort in Atlantic City, right before a 22nd birthday celebration for his daughter Jessica. He had gone to park his car in the garage.

Sunday morning, his family learned the awful news.

"At about 6:30 this morning, local law enforcement were notified by a farmer who was about to enter into a field that there were human remains," Housel said.

Caballero's car, a white Lincoln, was found hours after he was reported missing in Gloucester Township, Camden County.

44-year-old Craig Arno and 24-year-old Jessica Kisby were charged with kidnapping and carjacking in the case.

Arno had severe burns on his body when he was arrested, police said.

Both suspects have prior arrest and prison records.
