A mail handler at the postal service facility at JFK Airport was arrested for allegedly stabbing his supervisor multiple times in the head and neck.

It happened Thursday afternoon around 4 p.m.

55-year-old David Barnett apparently go into an argument with his boss, Doris Lloyd.

Police say that's when Barnett grabbed a pair of scissors and attacked Lloyd, stabbing her several times.

Co-workers tacked Barnett and held him until police arrived.

Lloyd was not seriously injured because the scissors had blunt ends.

She is being treated at Jamaica Hospital and is listed in stable condition.

Barnett had worked at the facility for over 10 years.

He is awaiting arraignment at Queens Criminal Court.
