2 officers injured in Atlantic City crash

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J.

But officials say the injuries are not considered life-threatening.

Robert Dodson and John Smith were in the vehicle, which spun out after it struck the median just before 9 a.m. while entering the Atlantic City Expressway Connector.

It was not immediately known which officer was driving the vehicle.

Sgt. Monica McMenamin, a police spokeswoman, said both officers sustained neck and back injuries and were being treated at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus. But further details were not disclosed.
