Elderly woman drives car into Queens store

LITTLE NECK

Police received a 911 call at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday for a car that had driven into Mazurs Kosher Market on Horace Harding Expressway in Little Neck.

The car hit two customers inside the store.

One was standing at the register and was actually pinned underneath the vehicle by her legs.

She was eventually rescued by customers and emergency personnel.

The two customers and the driver were all taken to North Shore Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver is not expected to be charged.
