FAA, NJ state senator square off over airspace

A battle is now brewing for control of the air space above New Jersey.

The FAA is planning to re-route flights from Kennedy Airport over a densely populated stretch of the northern and central parts of the Garden State.

New Jersey State Senator Kevin O'Toole is fighting the proposal and trying to enlist support of members of Congress and Governor Chris Christie.
