Workers in the Restaurant Depot warehouse on Secaucus Road were held up and tied up just after 6 a.m. Monday morning.
The armed suspects fled on foot out the rear of the warehouse into a heavily-weeded area.
Two of the suspects were taken into custody, including one who was pulled from the weeds and a creek.
One police officer sustained a minor injury while searching for the suspect. He was taken to a nearby hospital.
