A 14-year-old boy was shot and killed in the Bronx.

Police say that the boy was standing on the corner of East 219th Street and White Plains Road in Williamsbridge Monday just before 6 p.m. when he was approached by three Hispanic men.

They apparently got into an argument and one of the men pulled out a gun and shot the boy twice in the chest.

He was taken to Jacobi Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

The suspects ran away, and remain on the loose.
