A gray Nissan Pathfinder hit /*Milton Levine*/, throwing him into a Nissan Murano.
The driver of the Pathfinder fled the scene, but the second driver stopped and was not charged.
Levine was taken to /*Lutheran Hospital*/, where he was pronounced dead.
Police continue to search for the hit-and-run driver.
