Police say the three victims got into an altercation Friday with two unidentified males, one of whom pulled out a gun and began firing at the three.
Police say Shaquille Jones, of Brooklyn, was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene.
A 16-year-old was wounded in the shoulder and a 19-year-old was shot in the calf.
Both males were hospitalized in stable condition.
It happened just after 3 p.m. on Friday at East 76th Street and Flatlands Avenue in the Canarsie section of the borough.
There have been no arrests.
