Rambling letter sent to Obama official's Bronx home

Police are launching a full investigation into a bizarre letter sent to President Barack Obama's chief of staff.

Investigators are studying a rambling 10-page letter delivered to Jacob Lew's home in the Riverdale section of the Bronx.

The letter contains references to the prophet Mohammed and other religious references.

Police eventually determined that the note contained no real threat. Lew was not home when the letter was delivered.
