Investigators are studying a rambling 10-page letter delivered to /*Jacob Lew*/'s home in the /*Riverdale*/ section of the /*Bronx*/.
The letter contains references to the prophet Mohammed and other religious references.
Police eventually determined that the note contained no real threat. Lew was not home when the letter was delivered.
