To be sure neon did make an appearance about 25 years ago in the 80s, but now there are neon accessories for your iPad or iPhone.
There are clutches and beads.
A little pop goes a long way and usher in a new way of dressing.
And then again, you can always just wear a pair of neon undies.
You'll see those neon colors at Bloomingdale's and other stores.
Expect to see the bright colors right through the summer and into next fall.
