Brother of teen killed by police arrested in shooting

NEW YORK

Authorities say 20-year-old Tyrone Graham surrendered to police after being indicted for the 2010 incident.

The victim survived.

Tyrone Graham had previously been charged in the shooting of a 44-year-old man in August, but that case was dismissed due to conflicting witnesses.

Graham's 18-year-old brother Ramarley was fatally shot by police in the family's Bronx home in February.

Officers followed the teen inside because they say they thought he had a gun.

The case has sparked outrage in the neighborhood.
