Funeral held for Queens girl shot on city bus

QUEENS

The funeral for D'Aja Robinson was held Friday at the Greater Allen A.M.E. Cathedral of New York in Jamaica, Queens.

Mourners lined up around the block to pay their respects to Robinson.

Robinson was struck by a bullet Saturday that smashed through the glass of the Q6 bus she was riding in Queens.

Police don't believe she was the intended target. She had just left a Sweet 16 party with friends.

Police said no one has been arrested in her death. Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly has said he believes the shooting was gang-related.

A $2,000 reward was being offered by 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement with any information leading to an arrest in this case.
