Police say the man entered the terminal ramp area just before 10 a.m. and disrobed.
The terminal is under construction and unused by the public.
The man snuck through by going around a truck that was waiting to pass into a construction area. Two security guards and a Delta employee detained the man who is now undergoing a psychological evaluation.
He faces trespassing charges.
