Man charged with peeping in on women on FDU campus

TEANECK, N.J.

Charles Thomas is charged with entering a women's bathroom and peering over the stall walls in three separate incidents between August 10th and September 6th.

In two of the incidents, the women screamed and the suspect fled.

According to police, one of the victims followed Thomas as he left the building and gave a description of his car to campus security.

Her description led police to his license plate number.

Thomas was arrested Friday in Dover, New Jersey.

He is charged with three counts of burglary and two counts of invasion of privacy, and is being held on $25,000 bail.
