Shortly after midnight, police responded to a 911 call of a person shot in front of 1216 Burke Avenue in the Laconia section.
One man had been shot in the head, and was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.
The other victim, a 22-year old man was shot in the buttocks and was taken to Jacobi Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
So far there have been no arrests as the investigation continues.
