For anyone who ever doubts that the weather forecast matters, a lot, just keep track of how you're tracking this storm that's coming in, and trying to figure out when you should start driving, or heading to the airport, or calling the airline to switch flights, or getting on a train instead of a plane.

Go ahead.

In a region where severe weather reigns, getting it right matters. To everyone. So our weather team, led by my pal Lee Goldberg, is working triple time, updating their computer models and forecasts, and getting the info to you ASAP. Know who leads this newsroom in the number of followers on social media? The Eyewitness News weather team. Hands down. Because peeps care about the weather. A lot.

Tonight at 11, Lee leads our coverage. When's this storm arriving? And when will it leave? And will it affect the Thanksgiving Day Parade, because of the high winds that will follow the storm? Our coverage focuses on that tonight.

We'll have any breaking news of the night, plus Rob Powers with the night's sports. I hope you can join Sade Baderinwa and me, tonight at 11.
