The fight started inside the bar in South Hackensack around 2 a.m.
Authorities say the fight spread to the parking lot, where at least six people and weapons were involved.
Two people may have been stabbed or hit with a baseball bat.
Investigators say one suspect hit two people with his car and drove away.
Four people were taken to the hospital, one with serious head trauma.
The brawl is under investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutors Office. The intersection will be closed for the ongoing police investigation.
