Photo released of Queens bank robbery suspect

NEW YORK

The first incident happened Nov. 8 at an Apple Bank on Kissena Blvd. in Flushing, and the second on Jan. 11 at an Astoria Federal Savings Bank in Long Island City.

In both cases, police say the suspect handed a note to the bank's teller demanding money. He fled with over $1700.

The suspect is described as a 30-35 year old, black, male who is approximately 6'0" and weighing 220-240 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark knit cap and a dark jacket with a hooded sweatshirt.
