Suspect arrested for exposing himself to girls in Brooklyn

NEW YORK

27-year-old Francisco Marxuach has been arrested.

In the first incident back on March 11, when three 13-year-old girls walking near East 24th Street and Gravesend Neck Road around 5:30 p.m. They say they saw the suspect with his pants unzipped exposing himself inside his vehicle with the driver's side door open.

The next three incidents happened on March 17th all around 7:30 a.m. within a square-mile radius in Bensonhurst.

The first happened at 7:25 a.m., when Marxuach allegedly got out of his truck and went up to an 11-year-old girl as she waited for her school bus at the corner of West 9th Street and Avenue O. The suspect talked to the girl for a bit and then exposed his genitals before running away.

Just five minutes later, police say Marxuach again exited his truck and followed a 14-year-old girl into her friend's apartment building near West 7th Street and Bay Parkway. Once inside, he tried to talk to the girl and then exposed himself again. The girl ran into her friend's apartment.

Ten minutes after that, police say he got out of his truck at West 6th Street and 65th Street and approached a 13-year-old girl. He again initiated a conversation before exposing himself again.

Marxuach has been charged with burglary, acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, public lewdness, and exposure of a person.
