Koko Hiorsaki often places her sushi models at parties, then Lenny thought naked sushi would spice up his sake classes.
"We sell out of all our wine classes, but sake was lagging behind. I think people are intiminated by it," said Hiorsaki.
But throw in some food, and serve it 'naked', and suddenly there's interest.
