New York City releases restaurant grades

NEW YORK

City inspectors will rate the cleanliness of more than 24,000 establishments.

The city hopes that restaurants that don't get an A will try harder in order to hold onto their customers.

The New York State Restaurant Association is raising money for a legal challenge to the grading system.
