The 27-year-old victim, identified as Ronen Katz, was struck and killed on West and Canal street in TriBeCa around 5 p.m. Sunday. He was rushed to Beth Israel Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives arrested 25-year-old Naisha Sutton, of the Bronx, in East New York, Brooklyn.
Police say she was driving a maroon Nissan Sedan at the time of accident.
