The first attack happened on Sunday, January 9th around 2 a.m. near the corner of New Ultrecht Avenue and 63rd Street.
Police say the suspect pushed a 28-year-old woman against a fence, slapped her in the face and exposed himself.
He then tried to take off her underwear.
She fought him off, and he took off running.
The news is not sitting well with residents, who now fear for their safety.
The suspect struck again 10 days later, when police say he attacked a woman around 1:30 a.m. near the intersection of Saint Felix Street and Hanson Place.
The suspect grabbed a 25-year-old woman and tried to take off her cloths.
She screamed and got the attention of passersby, and the suspect took off again.
Finally, last Wednesday, on January 26th, the suspect pushed a 28-year-old woman against a fence and tried to take off her underwear.
That incident happened at 1:15 a.m. near the corner of Fulton and Cumberland Streets.
A bystander stepped in, and again the man fled the scene.
Police say the suspect is a white man between 30 and 35 years old and is about 6-feet tall with a medium build and light-colored hair.
He was last seen wearing a dark pea coat with a light-colored button-down shirt.
