Limited service has resumed on the /*Port Jervis*/ line after it suffered "catastrophic" damage from Hurricane Irene.
During peak hours, trains will run between Port Jervis and /*Harriman*/. Then people will take buses from from Harriman to /*Ramsey*/, /*New Jersey*/, where they'll transfer to trains to /*Penn Station*/.
The railroad says "a massive" repair effort continues.
