Police say the suspect, shown in the surveillance photo above, entered a McDonald's restaurant on 21st Street in Long Island City on Saturday, September 24th, at 9:00 a.m.and snatched a Debit Card and an iPhone from the counter.
He is described as a male of medium build and light completion.
Police say the man then placed the items in his pocket and exited the restaurant in an unknown direction.
The suspect was last seen wearing a dark baseball cap and a dark football jersey with the letters L.I.C. and numbers 68 on the front.
