Fish oil and your brain

NEW YORK

In a new study, participants with low levels of Omega-3 fatty acids in their blood had slightly smaller brains and scored lower on memory tests than people with higher Omega-3 levels.

Low levels of Omega-3 fatty acids were also associated with problem solving and multi-tasking.

The findings are reported in the journal Neurology.
