Investigators have released a surveillance photo of the two men they say attacked another man early last Sunday morning (July 29).
Police say they followed the victim into the lobby of his building on Franklin Avenue in the /*Morrisania*/ section and grabbed his chain, bracelet and cell phone and then took off.
The victim was not physically hurt.
