3 hurt, including kids, in Bedford-Stuyvesant fire

NEW YORK

The flames broke out on Monroe Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant just after 12:30 a.m.

Eyewitnesses say one person jumped from a second-story window as flames tore through the roof of the building.

Several others had to be rescued from the burning building.

The injured victims, including children, are in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
