Police say the victims were shot in the head in the van, on Perry Avenue, just after 12:30 a.m.
The woman, 20-year-old Jennifer Rivera, was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center, while 30-year-old Jason Rivera was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital. Both were pronounced dead on arrival.
No arrests were immediately made, and police were investigating.
