Police say the man collapsed from a seizure while standing on the platform at the Franklin Avenue station in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
Several people jumped down and helped lift the man to safety.
FDNY EMTs transported the victim to Kings County Hospital.
His condition wasn't immediately available.
