Officials say the fire started just after 7:30 Sunday evening and quickly spread through the market as well as a laundromat on Amsterdam Ave. and 133rd Street in Manhattanville.
It took more than an hour for crews to bring the blaze under control.
There are no reports of injuries, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
