The gunfire erupted at about 3:20 a.m. at Church Avenue and Brooklyn Avenue.
The three victims are all described to be young males.
All suffered non-life threatening gunshot wounds, and all were transported to Kings County Hospital.
Police say that after a foot pursuit, a male was taken into custody and a weapon has been recovered.
The incident may have started at a nearby home where a couple of dozen people attending a party in a basement have been questioned.
