Bronx triple shooting caught on wild surveillance video

HIGH BRIDGE (WABC) -- The NYPD has released new video Monday that shows the moment that a shooter took aim at a group of people in broad daylight in the Bronx.

The incident happened just before 3 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Summit Avenue and West 165th Street in the High Bridge section.

A 29-year-old male was shot in the torso, a 21-year-old male was grazed in the chest, and a 28-year-old male was shot in the right knee.

EMS responded to the location and transported the victims to Lincoln Hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.

It is not clear if the victims were the intended targets, and no motive has been determined.

The suspect is described as a male black in his 20s, approximately 5-foot-10 and weighing 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and gray sweatpants.
