NEW YORK (WABC) -- A freelance writer, who went to Central Park to work on a piece about finding quiet in the noisy city was attacked and robbed.
Police released a surveillance photo of the suspect on Friday.
The silence was interrupted on a secluded path near West 102nd Street and West Drive Wednesday morning.
The 26-year-old woman says a man with a muscular build pounced on her and continuously punched her, even after she fell to the ground.
The woman suffered a black eye, bruising and possibly a broken wrist.
