How to talk to your kids about violence, hate in Charlottesville

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Parenting requires having some tough talks with your children, and the recent violence and display of hate that unfolded in Charlottesville, Virginia, last weekend could be one of those touchy topics.

So what's the best way to help children understand and learn from what they're seeing?
