Man accused of stealing donations at Port Jefferson church

PORT JEFFERSON, Long Island (WABC) -- Police want to find the man who is accused of stealing cash donations at a Suffolk County church.

The man broke open several donation boxes at Infant Jesus Roman Catholic Church in Port Jefferson last week.

It is not clear how much cash he got away with, but Suffolk County CrimeStoppers is offering $5,000 in information leading up to an arrest.
