Cleaning woman arrested in North Brunswick, accused of stealing from clients

NORTH BRUNSWICK (WABC) -- A cleaning woman in New Jersey is under arrest and facing charges, accused of stealing jewelry from her clients.

North Brunswick police arrested Migdalia Morales Tuesday and charged her with burglary and theft.

Migdalia and her daughter Elizabeth run a residential cleaning service called Migdalia's Cleaning Service, and authorities say she had removed jewelry from a clients home in Old Bridge.

The company has been in business for more than 10 years and has clients in Middlesex and Somerset counties.

Pursuant to the arrest, five jewelry boxes containing hundreds of pieces of jewelry were recovered.
