Man stabbed after fight inside Bronx club spills onto sidewalk

MELROSE (WABC) -- A man was stabbed in the Bronx early Sunday after a fight that began inside a club.

Police responded shortly after 4 a.m. to the Bamboo Restaurant and Lounge on Morris Avenue and East 164th Street in the Melrose section.

According to investigators, a large dispute that started inside the club spilled out onto the sidewalk.

Police found a 24 year old man lying on the sidewalk in front of the club with stab wounds to the torso.

EMS said the man was in cardiac arrest when transported to Lincoln Hospital.

Police have no suspects and no description of the attacker who fled the scene.
