NYPD cracks Bronx cold case murder of young mother

BRONX (WABC) -- The NYPD cracked a decades old cold case in the Bronx.

A man is under arrest for a brutal murder committed 22 years ago.

46-year-old Jonathan Jolivert pled not guilty Tuesday.

He's charged with the 1993 murder of 21-year-old Michelle Page Gilliam, the mother of his child.

She was strangled and stabbed in the throat.

Investigators say DNA found under her fingernails ties Jolivert to the crime.
