Alleged 'rapist list' being passed out at Columbia University

21-year-old Zoe Ridolfi-Starr says she was a victim of sexual assault at Columbia University nearly 2 years ago, but never reported it to authorities because she has no faith in the system at her school.

"Every single case that I know of, the assailant is still on campus," says Ridolfi-Starr, "I have never heard of a single case where a rapist was found responsible and then expelled."

Ridolfi- Starr and 22 others have filed a federal complaint about against Columbia. And now, someone wrote list outing alleged "Rapists on Campus". Their names were posted in women's bathrooms and on flyers, but were quickly removed by the school.

There is no doubt that the list has now gotten national media attention, and now it has gotten national media attention. Some students say that might be a good thing.

"If they didn't do it, it would have swept under the rug and no one would have heard about it - that's why we're talking" said one student who was not identified.

Columbia is not the only school that is grappling with this growing national problem. According to the White House, 1 out of 5 female college students has been sexually assaulted, and just 13 percent of those who are actually report it.
